Hope Town Club respects your privacy, and this page sets out exactly what happens to your information when you shop with us.
This applies to anyone visiting hopetownclub.in or placing an order with us. If you give us anything that identifies you — your name, email, phone number, or address — this is how we handle it.
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top, so you always know when it last changed.
Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or subscribe to our mailing list, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Order history and preferences
We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to get your order made and delivered, and to keep you updated if you've asked to hear from us.
How we use it
- To process and fulfil your order — this is the primary reason we collect anything at all. Your name, address, and phone number are shared with our manufacturing partner and courier, because that's the only way a physical product reaches your door.
- To send you order updates — confirmation, shipping, and delivery notifications.
- To send you our weekly mailers, only if you've subscribed to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time, from the link in any email we send you.
- For our own internal record-keeping, and to understand which products and sizes are actually resonating, so we can make better calls on what to design and stock next.
We don't use your information beyond these purposes.
Third parties
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it out. We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.
We do share the minimum information necessary with the following, because there's no way to run an online store without them:
- Shopify, who host this website and process orders on our behalf.
- Our payment gateway, to process payment securely — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
- Our manufacturing and courier partners, so your order can be printed and delivered to you.
That's the complete list. Nobody else receives your information from us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and procedural steps to keep your information secure, and to prevent it from being accessed or shared without authorisation.
How we use cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us understand how people use our website — which pages get visited, what's working, what isn't. We use this only to improve the site; we don't use cookies to build a profile of you for advertisers. Most browsers accept cookies by default, and you can change your browser settings to decline them if you'd prefer, though parts of the site may not work as well as a result.

Our website and our Instagram may link out to other sites we think you'd find useful or interesting. Once you leave hopetownclub.in, we have no control over those sites and can't be responsible for how they handle your information. - If anything we hold about you is incorrect, tell us and we'll fix it.
